The UHMWPE Fibre (Branded "LYLON" ) made by the company is of excellent characteristics such as high strength, high modulus, low density, abrasion and impact resistance, reagent durability, high hydrophobic, biocompatibility and anti-UV, etc. The product also shows good characteristics in resistance to (sea) water, moisture, mildew, fatigue durability and long flexing life, etc.
We have UHMWPE fibre with specifications from 20D to 3000D, currently the annual UHMWPE fiber capacity 4000 tonnes.
Regular products for different applications as follows:
1. Cut-resistant gloves: 100D, 200D, 400D, 600D. (The gloves are of soft hand-feel and moisture absorption; It is breathable and has excellent cut resistant performance (EN388 Level 4).
2. Ropes: 1500D, 1600D and 3000D. (High Strength)
3. Bulletproof products: 800D, 1000D. (UD fabric, bulletproof vests and helmets. We have complete plant and machineries manufacturing bulletproof UD fabric (bulletproof vests also available upon request).
4. UHMWPE yarn and Non-woven fabrics.
We have our own UHMWPE and PARA-aramid fiber R&D center and can provide customer-tailered specifications for your special requirement.
